Endress+Hauser和Hahn-Schickard宣布成立合资企业，共同致力于提高食品加工和其他工艺过程的安全性。双方精诚合作，Endress+Hauser BioSense公司在德国Freiburg成立， 致力于快速现场分子检测分析技术的研发，目的是能够有效检测出水和饮料中的污染细菌和病毒总数，转基因食品或变质牛奶。

多年以来，Hahn-Schickard研发公司一直与德国弗莱堡大学的微系统工程系密切合作，共同研发快速诊断检测技术，使用便携式仪器实现细菌浓度极低的感染病原体检测。合资公司成立后，扩大这项技术的应用范围，从医疗诊断领域扩展至流程工业和实验室自动化应用，是公司的一大使命。

创新集群

在成立之初，Endress+Hauser BioSense公司的运营地介于德国弗莱堡大学和Hahn-Schickard公司之间。明年，将迁址至大学创新园区FRIZ，该园区位于工程学院内，目前正处于建造阶段。新公司的成立扩大了Endress+Hauser在Freiburg地区的影响力，研发人员已经在研发新传感器技术、生物传感器和工业4.0解决方案。

Endress+Hauser BioSense公司将与位于柏林的IST Innuscreen公司携手研发在过程和实验室环境下使用的分子检测分析设备和技术，IST Innuscreen公司同属于Endress+Hauser集团旗下企业。IST Innuscreen公司生产多种规格的核酸分离和分子检测诊断产品，包括PCR诊断试剂盒和检测技术。

经验丰富的领导团队

在新成立的合资公司中，Endress+Hauser占股75%，Hahn-Schickard占股25%。Nicholas Krohn博士担任新公司的总经理，在食品分析领域内他拥有渊博的专业知识和丰富的应用经验。Stefan Burger博士和Martin Schulz博士是Hahn-Schickard公司的两名资深员工，他们均获得德国弗莱堡大学分子诊断博士学位，是新公司的管理团队成员。

The Hahn-Schickard Society for Applied Research develops smart products with microsystem technology from first conception to production, across all industries.
